* Before you start *

Open PSP .

Open your material .

Open / tubes duplicate and close originals.

Open then Minimize the mask in PSP

Put filters in their proper folders

Brushes and other tools in their respective folders .

To import presets Eye candy 5 / Double-click the file it will automatically install

For older versions of PSP

if you have an error message to open the tubes

Click> OK and they will open

Let's Start

1. File - New - Open a new transparent image 950 x 600 pixels

2. Color-palette:Set your foreground color to color #bac4cd //Activate Flood Fill Tool and fill the layer with the foregroundcolor

3.Set your background color to color #647D91 //Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' -Radial -configured like this.

4. Layer- New Raster Layer // Activate Flood Fill Tool and fill the layer with the gradient

5. Effects- Distortion Effects - Wave use settings below

6. Effects- User Defined Filter-/Emboss 3 using the default settings

7. Open the tube « violon.png « Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working image

8. Layers- Duplicate

- Layer palette – Make Raster 3 active

9. Effects- Plugins -Medhi /kaleidoscope 2.1 with these settings

10. Make Copy of Raster 3 active « In the Layer- Palette- Double click and set the Blend Mode to "Hard Light "

11. Activate raster 3 in the layer-palette// Open the tube »fractalesrenéeet"" »Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working and move

12. Activate the top of the layer palette

13. Open the tube « stephane femme special 1/ -Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working and move

14. Activate Pick Tool (K) slightly down against the edge

15. Open the tube « herbe « Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working image and move

16. Open the tube « papillons guismo '' -Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working image (do not move it is in the right place)

17. Layers- Merge- Merge Visible

18. Layers- Duplicate

- Activate the Copy of Merged Layer

19. Effects- Plugins-Filtre AAA frame - Foto frame

20. I have resized that tube at 80 % Resize all layers not checked

21. Effects- Image Effects- Offset with these settings

22. Activate the bottom of the layer palette

23. Adjust- Blur- Radial Blur use settings below

24. Activate the top of the layer palette

25. Open the tube ''calguisDecor9092011''/activate the layer = ''suspension-guismo'' of the tube -//Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working and move

26. Effects- Plugins -EyeCandy 5-Impact -Perpsective shadow-Preset = Reflect in front

27. Open the tube "ldavi-nomonsters-lamplights2 »/Image Mirror //-Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working image and move

28. Activate the bottom of the layer palette(merged)

29. Image- Canvas Size use settings below

30. Activate the Magic Wand and select the transparent Border of 250 pixels

31. Layers- New Raster Layer

32.Color-palette:Set your foreground color to color #a8182f - Set your background color to color #010304

33. Set your foreground to gradient 'Foreground-background' -Sunburst -configured like this.

34. Activate Flood Fill Tool and fill the selection with the gradient

35. Selections- Deselect All

36. Activate the top of the layer palette

37. Open the tube ''cerclage '' Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working image and move to the bottom right

38. Effects- User Defined Filter- Emboss 5 using the default settings (the presets into the zipfile)

39. Open the tube « partie de lampe « -Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working and move

40. Open the tube « yoka-mistedScramblinglight301206 » //Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working image

41. Effects- Image Effects- Offset use settings below

42. In the Layer- Palette- Double click and set the Blend Mode to "Difference "

43. Open the tube '' partie de lampe ''

44. Image Flip-Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working and move

- Activate Move Tool (M) move it the right place (see printscreen )

45. In the Layer- Palette- Double click and set the Blend Mode to "Screen " -Set the layer opacity of this layer to 59%

46. Open the tube '' fleur08 '' -Edit/ Copy-Edit - Paste as new layer on your working and move

47. Layers- Merge- Merge All

48. Edit/Copy !!

49. Image - Add borders-Symmetric checked: 3 pixels #2f420f

50. Image - Add borders-Symmetric checked:35 pixels #a8182f

51. Activate the Magic Wand and select the Border of 35 pixels

52. Edit Paste into selection (Image is still in your PSP memory)

53. Selections- Promote selection to Layer

54. Effects- Plugins - Alien skin Snap Art /Impasto use settings below

55. Selections- Invert

56. Effects- 3 D Effects- Drop Shadow using the default settings 10/10/50/5 black

57. Selections- Deselect All

58.Layers- Merge- Merge Visible

59. Image - Add borders-Symmetric checked:3 pixels #2f420f

60. Open the tube " texte"- Edit/Copy -Edit paste as new layer on your working image and move -Ore write your own text

61. Effects- Plugins - FM Tiles tools /Blend emboss using the default settings

62. Layers- Merge- Merge All.

63. Image Resize 1085 pixels width
