Tip 1 - Always Work With 16bit Per Channel
If you prefer to create B/W images with a high contrast look, it is highly recommened to switch to 16bit per channel before running ColorWasher, even if you are working on a JPG with 8bit per channel. In some cases the difference will not be immediately visible, but for some images, e.g. a gradient that runs across the sky, it will be clearly visible. After applying B/W Styler you can switch back to 8bit per channel again if you don't want to do any other adjustments.
